When is Kids Wonder open for play?

We are open 360 days a year for open play. We are open from 9am - 5pm Monday through Saturday and from 12pm - 5pm Sunday. We are closed on Easter, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

How long can we stay?

You are welcomed to stay as long as appropriate for your child. A typical visit is between 2-3 hours. If you wish to leave and return on the same day, we will stamp each childs hand to enable re-admission.

Can I bring in my own snacks/food?

We work hard to maintain a clean environment for the Lil's, so we ask that you not bring in outside food and drink, except as coordinated for parties. We do offer a nice selection of affordable adult and child friendly foods in snackable portions, as well as some gluten-free and peanut-free options. Please keep all food in the snack bar/party table area.
We do offer a variety of Keurig brewed coffee flavors, beer and wine for adults. If you do bring in outside drinks, we offer a drink parking spot that you can access from the play area.

Do you offer food and drinks?

Kids Wonder has a nice selection of healthy and yummy adult and child friendly foods including a variety of foods to accommodate common food allergies and intolerances. Please no outside food, except for parties. Kids Wonder is not an allergen-free environment. Please keep all food in the snack bar/party table area. We also offer a variety of Keurig brewed coffee flavors as well as beer and wine available for purchase.

What kinds of food and drinks do you have?

Selections will change seasonally, but in general Kids Wonder will have coffee, beer, wine, juices, sodas, tea, oatmeal, breads, yogurts, cheese sticks, veggies/hummus, wraps, salads, snack-packs, mac-n-cheese, and a wide variety of snacks, crackers, apple sauce, energy/nut bars, chips and treats. Gluten free and nut free options are available.

Can I drop my child off at Kids Wonder?

No, you may not. We are not a licensed daycare provider; adults must stay in the building. For adult comfort we offer plenty of tables and chairs, free Wifi, a variety of healthy and delicious snacks, other parents to talk to, and commercial grade exercise equipment.

What are my parental responsibilities while playing at Kids Wonder?

While staff is present and interactive with children, it is the parent’s responsibility to supervise and meet the needs of their children.

Can I play with my child?

Of course! Bigs (as we call them) are encouraged to play with their Lils’ throughout Kids Wonder, excluding the inflatables. Lils’ safety is our utmost concern.

Are there any clothing requirements?

Any instrument or device that has been designed to, or can be used to, threaten or cause harm to another individual, either offensively or defensively, will be considered a weapon. This policy is a proactive step towards reducing/eliminating the risks associated with intentional or accidental use of weapons.

When and what is our Low Sensory day?

Regular admission during a desiganted low sensory time provides a play opportunity for children that might specifically benefit from less lighting, no music, and fewer children. We also have a small room near the snack bar called the Quiet Spot, it includes a rocking chair, changing table, and a bean bag chair for kiddos that might need a little break. We plan designated low sensory times once a month so check our calendar for an upcoming time.

Is Kids Wonder an inclusive play environment?

Absolutely, all children are welcomed to play. If you have any special needs, please speak with the front desk. If you are interested in having your child’s Occupational or Physical Therapy provider join them at Kids Wonder, please speak with Management.

Can I take pictures?

Fridays are Fun Photo Day, we encourage parents to take pictures of their child and tag #ilovemykid @ilovekidswonder to share on the Kids Wonder's Facebook, Instagram or other social media pages.
By signing our waiver you acknowledge the possibility of your image or your child’s image being captured in a picture on social media. If this picture is taken by a Kids Wonder staff member, names will not be shared without permission. If you have a concern, please speak to a Team Member at the Front Desk.

If I’m an adult, do I have to take off my shoes?

Yes! Kids Wonder is a sock only facility. This practice minimizes outside dirt and allergens to make our floors and play equipment cleaner and safer. Our staff wears shoes that are worn only inside the center to meet occupational health and safety requirements. You are welcome to bring your house slippers to wear while visiting, as long as they are only worn indoors. We do have adult socks for sale if you forget yours. For health code reasons, bare feet are not allowed.

Do you have a gift shop?

Kids Wonder has a wonderful selection of high quality toys. We recommend purchases at the end of your visit. The gift shop also has a registry for birthday gift giving.

What about my child’s personal needs?

The restrooms behind the snack bar are accessible, toddler-friendly, and have changing tables. In addition, we have 2 rooms designated as Quiet Spots which allow for privacy and include a rocking chair, changing table, and a bean bag chair. Feeding young infants is welcomed everywhere at Kids Wonder!

What about my stroller?

Parking at Kids Wonder is very close, because of the wheels and cleanliness we STRONGLY prefer no strollers be brought into the play center. If you have additional needs please speak to a Team Member at the Front Desk.

Do you have WiFi?

Of course, we’re not crazy! WiFi is free and available for you to use.

Is it true you have exercise equipment for adults?

We do! While it’s not a complete gym we do have some pieces of cardio equipment available for adult use while Lils are playing. Bigs are still responsible for supervision, but everyone needs some me time!
