Kids Wonder is open from 9am - 5pm Monday through Thursday, 9am - 8pm Friday, and 9am - 3pm Saturday and Sunday. We are closed on Easter, Mother's Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. Please check our Facebook Page for weather related closures.

Weekday admission includes unlimited play. Come in when you're ready, stay until you are done. Weekend admission is good for 2 hours of play.

Play Reservations are no longer required and weekday drop-in admission includes unlimited play. Reservations will only be required for special events and promotions.

We work hard to maintain a clean environment for the Lil’s, so we ask that you not bring in outside food and drink. We do offer a nice selection of affordable adult and child friendly foods in snackable portions, as well as some gluten-free and peanut-free options, however we are not an allergen free nevironment. Please keep all food in the snack bar/party table area.

We do offer a variety of Keurig brewed coffee flavors, beer, and wine for adults.

Kids Wonder has a nice selection of healthy and yummy adult and child friendly foods including a variety of foods to accommodate common food allergies and intolerances. Please no outside food, except for private parties. Kids Wonder is not an allergen-free environment. Please keep all food in the snack bar/party table area. We also offer a variety of Keurig brewed coffee flavors as well as beer and wine available for purchase.

Our cafe tables are for active eating and drinking. Unattended items left on cafe tables will be moved to the cubby area.

Selections will change seasonally, but in general Kids Wonder will have coffee, beer, wine, juices, sodas, tea, yogurts, fresh fruit, cheese sticks, lunchables, snack-packs, muffins, crackers, apple sauce, energy/nut bars, jerky, chips, pretzels, cookies, and treats. Gluten free and nut free options are available.

We encourage you to come play on your birthday. However, we do not allow informal parties in the play center. This means no decorations, dessert, or presents.

No, you may not. We are not a licensed daycare provider; adults must stay in the building. For adult comfort, we offer plenty of tables and chairs, free Wifi, a variety of healthy and delicious snacks, beer, and wine, and other parents to talk to. Parents must also supervise children attending Kids Wonder for a party.

While staff is present and interactive with children, it is the parent’s responsibility to supervise and meet the needs of their children.

Of course! Bigs (as we call them) are encouraged to play with their Lils throughout Kids Wonder, excluding the inflatables. Lils’ safety is our utmost concern. In our Lil Town look for our intentional Just Wondering signs with physical, intellectual, and social emotional conversations starters.

Clean socks, covered/clean diapers (if needed), shirts and bottoms. Nothing sharp on clothing including buckles, clasps, or sharp zippers to protect the inflatables. No strings in hoodies or pants that could endanger the child. We do have socks for sale if you forget yours.

Yes, please speak to a Team Member at the front desk. We have lots of stuff in our lost and found. Please ask a team member to collect your items.

Kids Wonder has band aids and cold packs for little booboos. Some Team Members are CPR certified in the event of an emergency. Please speak to a Team Member at the front desk.

Kids Wonder takes the health and safety of our guests seriously. Our dedicated staff does over 70 cleaning and sanitization tasks at least three times a day including frequently wiping down high touchpoints. Please see our Our Safety & Sanitization Policies and Procedures for more information.

Kids Wonder is committed to providing an environment that is safe and secure for guests, employees, volunteers, contractors, and vendors and as such, prohibits any person from using, possessing, carrying, displaying, or distributing any weapon. Any instrument or device that has been designed to, or can be used to, threaten or cause harm to another individual, either offensively or defensively, will be considered a weapon. This policy is a proactive step towards reducing/eliminating the risks associated with intentional or accidental use of weapons.

We currently do not have a designated low sensory day. However, weekday afternoons between 12:00 and 2:30 pm tend to be less busy and can provide play opportunities for children that might specifically benefit from fewer children.

Absolutely, all children are welcome to play. If you have any special needs, please speak with the front desk. If you are interested in having your child’s Occupational or Physical Therapy provider join them at Kids Wonder, please speak with Management. To maintain the cleanliness of the play area, wiping down of wheelchair wheels, leg braces, or special shoes by Kids Wonder team members may be performed. Parents are welcome to assist children who need additional support in the play area.

We encourage parents to take pictures of their child and tag @ilovekidswonder to share on the Kids Wonder’s Facebook, Instagram or other social media pages. If you take pictures, please refrain from intentionally taking photos of other children without parent permission.
By signing our waiver you acknowledge the possibility of your image or your child’s image being captured in a picture on social media. If this picture is taken by a Kids Wonder staff member, names will not be shared without permission. If you have a concern, please speak to a Team Member at the Front Desk.

Yes! Kids Wonder is a sock only facility. This practice minimizes outside dirt and allergens to make our floors and play equipment cleaner and safer. Shoe covers are available for sale for adults who are unable to take off their shoes. To maintain the cleanliness of the play area, wiping down of wheel chair wheels, leg braces, crutches, or walkers by Kids Wonder team members may be performed. Our staff wears shoes that are worn only inside the center to meet occupational health and safety requirements. You are welcome to bring your house slippers to wear while visiting, as long as they are only worn indoors. We do have adult socks for sale if you forget yours. For health code reasons, bare feet are not allowed.

Kids Wonder has a wonderful selection of high quality toys. We recommend purchases at the end of your visit.

The restrooms behind the snack bar are accessible, toddler-friendly, and have changing tables. We have diapers and wipes for sale and kid underwear available if needed. Nursing young infants is welcomed everywhere at Kids Wonder.

Parking at Kids Wonder is very close to the entrance. For the cleanliness and safety of our Lils, strollers are not allowed in the building. Please leave them outside the door or in the car. If you have special needs please speak to a Team Member at the Front Desk.

Of course, we’re not crazy! WiFi is free and available for you to use.
