Memberships to Kids Wonder

A Kids Wonder membership gives your child more than a place to play—it gives them a place to grow. With regular visits, children ages 1–6 build confidence, coordination, creativity, and social skills through the kind of unstructured play that supports healthy development.

As you navigate these early years, a Kids Wonder membership offers a gentle, play-based way to support your child’s growth that fits naturally into everyday life, rather than adding one more obligation to your schedule. Regular visits give your little one space to climb, pretend, problem-solve, and practice social skills at their own pace—building confidence, coordination, and language in ways research shows is uniquely powerful at this age. As they move from toddlerhood into preschool and kindergarten readiness, Kids Wonder becomes a familiar, joyful place where they can try new things, work through big feelings, and connect with you and other children, all through simple, consistent play. Instead of choosing between “activities” and free time, a membership turns your family’s regular playtime into something intentional and enriching, while still feeling relaxed, fun, and completely child-led.

Frequently Asked Questions: In Case You Are W o n d e ring

How can I pay for a membership?

Kids Wonder accepts Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover as forms of payment for memberships. Kids Wonder does not accept gift cards, vouchers, or coupons for payment of memberships.

How do the loyalty discounts work?

Each month that you renew your membership the renewal rate drops by $4 up to a maximum discount of $20 after only 5 renewals. Your renewal rate will stay at the discounted rate after that. If you cancel your membership, or if it lapses due to a payment failure, your loyalty will be reset and membership reactivation will begin at the full price.

When will I be billed for my membership?

You will be billed for the first month of the membership immediately upon activation. Then you will automatically be billed one month later and each month thereafter or until the membership is cancelled.

How much are the member discounts?

5% off on birthday parties (additions and a la carte items are not subject to discount), 10% off in the gift shop and snack bar, and 10% off of adult education classes.

Is the membership associated with the child(ren)?

Each membership is registered to the child(ren), there is no need to tell us who will bring your child(ren) before their visit. Adults must check-in with the Team Member at the front desk, who will verify child(ren)’s active membership. A signed waiver and rules acknowledgement must be completed for each child before each admission.

Can I add a sibling to the membership later?

With a membership you can come whenever we are open, as often as you'd like.

Is there a sign-up fee for memberships?

No, we never charge a sign-up fee.

Can I put my membership on hold?

Yes, we offer the option to easily put your membership on a one month hold if you are going to be out of town or just won't be able to visit for a while. To do so:

  • Visit your Kids Wonder account page
  • Log in with your user name or email address, and password
  • Go to the Memberships tab
  • Click the Put membership on hold for 1 month button
  • Click the confirm button

The membership will now show the reactivation date, which will be one month from today. If you would like to manually reactivate the membership any time during that one month window, simply click the Reactivate button. Manual reactivation of the membership will cancel the one month hold and membership will be billed as originally scheduled.

When can I cancel my membership?

A membership may be cancelled at any time by logging into your Kids Wonder account. To avoid being charged for the next month, memberships must be cancelled prior to the end of the monthly billing period. Memberships are not prorated and refunds are not given for cancellation prior to the end of a billing period, however cancelled memberships can continue to be used until the end of the pre-paid period.

Is there a cancellation fee if I want to cancel a membership?

No, we never charge a cancellation fee.

What is a Subscription?
