Which class should I sign up for?

Kids develop at their own rate and you know your child best. Select a class based on their current movement. You can change to a different level at the beginning of the following month as they grow and change.

My child has special needs, where should I place them?

All children are welcomed at Kids Wonder. We suggest you read the Developmental Goals and pick the class best suited for your child’s development.

When are the classes?

  • See calendar above
  • Register for the weekly class that meets your Lil’s skills.
  • 45 minutes the first 4 weeks of the month including an hour of play on the day of the class.

What if we miss a class?

Kids Wonder supports healthy kids at play. If you need to miss a class please contact a Team Member to see when we can reschedule.

What does the class involve?

We start with a welcome and gathering song, followed by a classic children’s song. Don’t worry we have the words for you. Bigs and Lils then learn about the play activity options; all developmentally created for skill building. Bigs and Lils can freely move to the different activities at Lils interest. We then re-gather for music or parachute time, bubbles and our good-bye song.

What are my parental responsibilities during the class?

This class was created to be quality interactive time between Bigs and Lils. Besides singing, parachuting, playing instruments or swooshing a colorful scarf, Lils will need assistance from Bigs with every activity.
Many of the activities are floor activities, if adults need physical assistance please communicate with a Team Member.

What do we wear?

Big & Lil’Play classes are created to be an active class. We encourage exercise or comfortable clothes and clean socks.

Can I drop in for a class?

Because each session builds upon the previous developmental goals, we ask that you enroll in the full 4 week class.

Do you offer trial classes?

If you are not satisfied after the first session, please speak with the instructor and we will gladly refund your class fee.

Can two adults attend the class?

Certainly, but we ask that both Bigs focus on their Lil.

What about twins or siblings?

Twins are welcomed with the understanding that the class activities are very hands-on. Bigs with two Lils would welcome another adult or be very busy.
